No Hud HU Fast forward

Hello.

My Hud doesnt show up on HU (Rapid) tables. I works on 6max fastforward and on other HU tables.

The hands are imported correctly (time + no missed hands). I can see the "Settings" on the table but i wont get any stats on the players. When i use the table finder i see my HUD for one second, but no numbers filled for VPIP as an example.

What can be the problem??

I use win XP, and have HEM2 2.0.0.7742 installed.

I have similar problem, but concerning HU SNG. No HUD is shown on tables, just "waiting for hands". Table finder helps, it shows HUD and refreshes stats, but stats do not change. I downloaded the newest update but problem still exists.

PS That's for FTP i mean

I have the same problem as TS: HUD doesn't appear at heads-up Fast Forward tables (Rapid). With table finder stats appear for a second and then disappear.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6855 - Party FF: no HUD on HU tables

I have added your email addresses to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
