    Default No Hud on Hu Sng on purple lounge (micro gaming)

    hi!

    the hud does not show up on purple lounge hu sngs. i had no problems on cg tables and the table finder shows the hu table but the hud does not appear. sometimes it does appear, but than it crashes after a few seconds.

    whats my line?

    Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists try using the table finder exactly as per the FAQ

    I presume when the hud isnt showing the hands are successfully importing and you can see them in the hud

    hi!

    i updated already before. i also already used the tablefinder, with the tablefinder i managed the hud to appear for a couple of hands but it always crashes after some time. i also needed to use the tablefinder for every single hu sng i open. my hem also doesnt show me the hu sngs i played in the tourney section. i dont know what i should do.

    * Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05e http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    * Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

    1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

    1.11.05e professional he +omaha



    2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

    purple lounge, stars, full tilt, carbon, problem only occurs on purple lounge (i only tried hu sngs there and on no other site, cashgamehud works fine on purple))

    3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
    the problem only exists on husngs. cashgame tables are shwowing the hud fine.

    4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
    yes

    5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.


    6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

    they do

    7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

    thats the point, hm does not show me the hu sngs i played.

    8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database

    it works but most of the times, the hud crashes after a few minutes

    10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
    sure

    11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

    if this file will be needed, i will give it to you.

    I think we need to do a teamviewer session to analyse the problem.
    But before this we should take a look at the config file.
    Please mail the file config\holdemmanager.config with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com.
