could not find the Config\holdem manager config file

hello and sorry for my english...

when i start holdem manager, a message appears:

"Could not find the Config\holdemmanager.config file. Make sure you are running Holdem manager from the correct directory."


There was a power outage and my computer has suddenly stopped
When I rebooted, scandisk started and corrected errors.
and now it don't works
The configuration file no longer exists in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

What should I do now?
Should I reinstall holdem manager?
