1. ## ev calculate wrong???

Hi, this is the hand I played:

***** Hand History for Game 1111111111 ***** (Poker Stars)
€25.00 EUR NL Texas Hold'em - Sunday, April 21, 01:07:43 ET 2013
Table Lynx IV (Real Money)
Seat 3 is the button
Seat 1: Hero ( €25.00 EUR ) -
Seat 2: Player2 ( €6.65 EUR ) -
Seat 3: Player3 ( €25.00 EUR ) -
Seat 4: Player4 ( €28.89 EUR ) -
Seat 5: Player5 ( €48.25 EUR ) -
Seat 6: Player6 ( €25.44 EUR ) -
Player4 posts small blind [€0.10 EUR].
Player5 posts big blind [€0.25 EUR].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ 6h 6s ]
Player6 raises [€0.75 EUR]
Hero raises [€2.50 EUR]
Player2 raises [€6.65 EUR]
Player3 folds
Player4 folds
Player5 folds
Player6 folds
Hero calls [€4.15 EUR]
** Dealing Flop ** [ 4d, 3h, 8c ]
** Dealing Turn ** [ 3s ]
** Dealing River ** [ Jd ]
Hero shows [6h, 6s ]
Hero wins €13.61 EUR from main pot
Player2 doesn't show [Ah, Qh ]

When I look to HM2 it shows that the EV diff is : -€6,53..How this it's possible???

2. To simplify the math:

Your opponents stack is \$€6.65 EUR which is the effective stack size.

66 vs AQ = 50-50 (coinflip).

So your equity is to win €0.
You actually win the hand, winning your opponent's €6.65 EUR.
Therefore your EV Diff is -€6.65 (because €6.65, minus €6.65 equals €0)

If you had lost the hand, you would have been awarded with +€6.65 EV Diff.

EV Diff is the 'EV difference'. It's what you 'should have won' (€0..... = EV) minus what you actually NET won (€6.65).
