cant access vs player tab

    Default cant access vs player tab

    When i click vs player tab its just white and HM is working but nothing happens, i can click on another tab without any problems and HM dont freeze..

    After awhile i get some pop up message.. Think its from net frame 2.0

    EDIT: tried installing newest beta but same problem

    This means that the statement you are trying runs to long.
    What exactly are you trying to do?
    Please try to specific more filters before you start the query.

    what?

    vs players on the left, nothing happens when i click it... HM is just working and then that pops up

    Please enable Options -> Settings -> auto apply filter changes to all tabs.

    Reports -> choose today, this month or something similar with a small amout of data.

    Now try the vs. players tab again - does it work?

    Today only works after awhile

    and checking for how many hands in database i get this

    and there is already something written in the query tool, no idea if its suppose to

    Try removing Winner Name, Winner cards and winner won from the hands view column FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Hands View Column Selection save it and refresh.

    If your using the newer version youll find it under Options > Settings > Hands View Column Selection

    If that doesnt work there may be an issue with your database, can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database and import a bunch of hands and see if the error persists

    Its strange.. it only seems to be a problem with one of my screen names.

    only played on it this month on ongame and if switch to my old ongame nick its no problem to see vs players.

    Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.

    didnt seem to help

    gonna see if theres a problem with a new database, it there is not i could just backup the one i use now and delete this and restore it?

    or is it likely the same problem remains?


    EDIT: its so strange, when i created a alias the vs players works with no problem, even if its the same hands from last month...

    it only has problem with one screen name

    Odd, really looks like a database problem. I don't think a backup / restore will fix it. I would suggest to create a new empty database and reimport all hands/notes/summaries manually.
