Since the FTP update my FTP SNG's obviously are not importing and no HUD.. does this last post mean we can expect to wait till Tuesday to have this resolved??
Full Tilt -in their update- changed made minor changes to the handhistory formatting and table names.
HM2: FTP is already fixed for this issue for cashgames. We're working on a fix for SNGs. It's possible this fix is released before Tuesday... but
the bigger issue is, Full Tilt -in their update- has also introduced a bug with their handhistories. Some hands are incomplete, some overlap, or are missing completely. This is something they should fix on their side.

hello i also need the fix for the HM1 for the fulltilt issues from 8 may...there are 300 dollar bonus running atm at fulltilt, i cant understand why they do this changes in the updates and make so much trouble for the huds and the grinders that need it badly...

Also, I'm thinking of complaining to FTP about this situation, but would HEM please first confirm that FTP did not advise them of the planned update nor provide them with advanced details of the changed H/h format that would have allowed HEM to provide an update sooner?
For HM2 we're working on a fix for tournaments.
For HM1 we're waiting for the fix of the Full Tilt client. Since it's very likely they will undo the (handhistory formatting) changes they made in their last update.

We're aware both Rush OD tourneys and Rush Guaranteed tournaments are currently not working and were working on a fix.
Again, if you use HM1, and you've already used your HM2 trial, you can contact sales@holdemmanager.com to request a temporary HM2 serial. HM1 fix will be released after Full Tilt client's update.
