Default Import running properly, Table manager detects no tables.

    Hi there

I got a new laptop and am trying to set up HM on it but i have this one problem.

My table manager doesn't detect any tables at all. I tried it on several poker rooms and none is working.

I followed every step on FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work but it still doesn't work.

Also, when i click on "Table finder", the Table manager windows totally freezes.

    Thanks

Please post the answers to the FAQ and attach the file holdemmanager.config.

We need more details to help you.

Hand Histories must be saved from your Poker Client to your hard drive.

    >They are

    Table Manager must be running.

    >it is

Holdem Manager must know where your Poker Clients Hand Histories are. (Auto Import Folders)

    It does

    English Hand Histories

    >Jep

Turning off UAC solves this most of the time.

    >It is turned off

You may need to uninstall other security software to get Table Manager running.

    >I havent installed any yet

You may need to run HMHUD.exe as an Administrator. (HMHUD.exe is the program that launches Table Manager.)

    >I do

What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

    >The latest one (dled today)

What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

    >Ongame, but dl'd Pokerstars aswell and Table manager didnt recognize any running table either.

Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

    >CGNL

Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

    >Yes

Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

    >Everything is working fine when it comes to saving HHs

Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

    >They are

If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

    >All the hands are imported into HM. Can see all my hands, sessions and graph.

Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

    >I cant. When i click on "table finder" the Table manager freezes and i have to shut it down manually.

If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

    >Yes

Thats the wrong file. Its name is holdemmanager.config and you find it in the config subfolder.

You say your table manager freezes when you click on table finder? Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? and if yes which ones?

    Hi,

I have the exact same problem as Antartica. The answers to all the questions are the same, I run everything as administrator and my hands import fine. My table manager doesn't detect any tables while I'm playing on FTP and it freezes when I try to launch table finder.

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.
