HEM Support wants my credit card information and billing address when payment flagged
I bought HEM2 yesterday and it approved according to my account. I did not receive an email with a key to activate. I emailed sales support and they responded by asking my address and credit card information. Never have i seen a support group ask for credit card/security code when my payment is already approved...
