Numerous errors??

Had HM for abt 3 month now and the first 2.5 months were flawless but I am getting loads of errors past week or so.

This seems to be popping up all the time and closing HM and yesterday it started giving me database errors.

Now today when I opened it, its saying "optimizing reports" and then starts optimizing players when it finds and error and won't open!! Please help I NEED this program for sundays lol...

Hmm youve a few different unrelated problems.

First thing to do is to close down HM and update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa....06.04beta.exe then see this FAQ on how to repair the index error for the 1st error in that post http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=168 refer to your screenshot when deciding which index to fix

The update and reindexing should fix those 2 problems and also hopefully the transport connection error, if however you continue to get that error please see this FAQ http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=164

OK i've done those things and its working ok at the mo. Also the check raise stat doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Thats an old popup i dont think you updated correctly, make sure youve HM closed down when updating and try again http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa....06.04beta.exe it should show 1.06.04 RC2 in the title bar of HM if it updates correctly

OK re did the update, still the same. included a screenshot. Also getting the same error as before now when I close it down.

In Hud Options > Player Preferences have you "Default Main Popup" selected in the main popup dropdown list as your Popup looks like an old version?

How often do you get that error or was it just 1 time?

Yeah I was playing around with the pop ups and did something, now i can't get the default one to work. How do I reset that?

Not sure how you changed the default one, best thing to do is backup your prefs.xml file and your holdemmanager.config file in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config and uninstall and reinstall HM and then copy and replace those files back and it should reset it
