    Default HUD not working

I have the micro stakes version of HM2. I am playing the Carbon Poker $2.20 Deep 9:00 PM EDST. I downloaded the most recent update tonight.

My HUD is updating and recording my stats, it is showing the hands at show down, but it is not updating the stats of any of my opponents.

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

    Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well.

Please send us as individual files:

a hand history for the table
    a screenshot of the table
a screenshot of the sessions ribbon with your computer clock in view
and a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22

It happened again last night. It only happens in this specific daily MTT. In every other instance the HUD has worked properly. In fact, I believe (I was multi-tabling and did not notice a problem during the first 20 minutes) it was working properly last night until I got moved to a new table.

I took a screen shot of the table, but when I tried to copy my HH for this thread it was already moved and archived by HEM2 and I did not know where to find it in the HEM2 archives. If you could help me to find the HHs so next time I can send the info.

I did check that HH time (in the client) matched my computer clock the two times matched. The server time also matched my clock.

(On a side note, I am ok using the programs I know, but not very computer literate once it comes to more complex issues. So please be very specific on what I need to do.)

The hands in the C:HM2Archive folder should be arranged in folders by poker site.

It just happened again. I've been playing for 30 minutes and the first 30 minutes the HUD seemed to working properly. I changed tables a few times and each time the HUD worked fine. Then around 9:28 (EDT) I changed tables again, when the following occurred.

    Carbon 1.jpg

    A few hands later:

    Carbon 2.jpg

As you can see the only players that the HUD is recording is me and the one player to my right, "Platano"

This is the HH file copied from the Carbon HH folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\CarbonPoker\history\MTThero\20130420\$100 Gtd - [Deep] (68767152-1).xml

I was unable to find an archive folder in HM2. Here is a screenshot of what I find in HM2:

When I was moved again, the HUD started working fine again.

Is anyone looking into this. I still am having HUD problems whenever I play a MTT on Carbon. I paid for a product that is not working for me and it is almost a month with no answers here.

You need to compare your computer clock and the time in the sessions tab. And we need a log file.

    Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.
