if i try to open it ,, i get this message

The link is to the moderator's forum which is why us regular users can't access it. So either the announcement wasn't moved to the public forum yet and somebody goofed up the link, or we aren't supposed to be seeing this.
Odd, i'll forward it to Fozzy as he wrote the announcement.
Fixed. I didnt realize I was in the mod forum when I copied the link for the Notices.
