HH's missing from FTP

For some reason, there are a bunch of HH's missing from my HEM database. I'll look over a session and see that I've lost when I actually won and vice versa. It's pretty frustrating. This happened when I started playing Rush Poker about 1 and a half weeks ago for their special promotion, but the HH's are missing from standard 6max, as well. Note that I've updated HEM to 1.11.05d. This problem occurred both before and after the update. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

Please clear your filters (Filters->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

If that doesn't help please import some sessions into a new database for a test and compare the results.
