All in equity % error...... a big one I cant explain?

Played a hand of NL FR Rush poker today.

very simple situation.

I had AcAd and opponent had AhKh

We get it all-in pre-flop and I win.....(yay me!)

The interesting thing is HEM reports the equity as 68.2%

WTF?

Going to pokerstove it says 87.85%

Thats a big difference?

There was no one else in the pot preflop

he open raises from the CO, I 3bet on the BTN (both blinds fold)
He 4bets, I shove.......

This has me concerned about other equity errors.

Anyone else get an error like this?
