Serial number is invalid

Hey, after deleting everything, i started to download 1.06.03h Full setup and installed.
Then i tried to use the new or old key.
But always with the same problem:

"The serial number is invalid or could not be used to unlock the software. Please again or contact customer service for assistance..."

After that i installed http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa....06.04beta.exe
But i got the same problem.

I thought the key is for any version and always the same for my username "nugget".

What should i do ??Should i install any other version of HM or in another way?
Or can you reset the old key and create a new one?

How can i delete everything of Holdemmanager including any registry entrys ??

HM runs under vista, but i have other problems with vista, so cannot use it.

please help

An uninstall should be sufficent, messing with the registry unless you know what your doing is very risky although there is some programs that do this for you try googling them
