What site is this for? On PokerStars, please make sure you have HUD Options > Site Options > Live Tracking enabled. Please see this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...HUD+to+work%3F. On other sites this feature may not be available and you will need to wait for the first hand to be imported before the HUD will pop up on the table.
Stars has changed the hand history folder location on a lot of players, or just deleted the folder, this causes hands not to open.
1) You'll need to go to Stars' Options menu.
In the Hand History Folder location, check the location of the folder and make sure that it is in the list of Auto Import Folders in Hand Importing. Do the same with Tournament Summaries.
2) You may need to manually change the entries.
3) You might also need to manually import the hands from the folder and move to the archive.
If that does not work, it's because HM had already tried to process and reads them as non-hh or already imported. Please create a new database in database management. Then import the hands. You can export these hands and import into the original database.
Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.
if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.
The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.
So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.
If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.
Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

El problema es que el HUD aparece después de jugar la primera mano
Ahora mismo, el error es que el hud se puede ver después de haber jugado la primera mano es decir; el hud aparece en la segunda mano jugada y no en la primera
