HUD can't be moved in Zoom plo

Normally i move my HUD by rightclicking. The table changes colour (goes dark) for a moment and the HUD can be moved around. When playing PLO zoom (with default plo HUD) I can't move any of the HUDs.

I've checked and "lock the layout" is not ticked.

Is this a known issue?
