New Trial Period

I d/led HM and installed it to check it out and over the course of the 15 days I never could get it to work. I'm still trying to get it to work but the trial period has ended. I'm not paying for something that I don't know whether or not I'll be able to even use. How do I get a new trial period so I can continue to try to get HM to work??

ditto... 15 days isn't enough to explore a program like this. Can we get an extension here, even just another 15 days. there is a lot of stuff to check out and these programs aren't the easiest to use when you first get them. thanks

Guys, we can't extend the trial but yes, if we can't make it work for you then you will get a refund. If you get stuck post here or email support@holdemmanager.net and we can even login and help you
