HUD stats rotate unpredictably around the table

Hi support,

Recently I installed hm1 on a new laptop. Got everything setup properly again, but I don't get my HUD working. At first it was lagging, so I replaced the blitz file and this was solved.

Right now it shows the stats for the right players in the actual hand, but they rotate every other hand. I have tried the latest official release and also the internal beta. Same problem with both.

I play 6max zoom games at pokerstars. I've set up my preferred seat #3. Also tried #1 through #6, no luck.

I didn't have this problem on my previous laptop. So it is probably some setting which I got wrong. I turned off prefetch at site options, since this is for regular tables I believe.

So there happens to be some kind of clockwise pattern.

When I am in the BB, my stats are in the BB as well. (correct)
When I am UTG, my stats are with MP. (one to my left)
When I am MP, my stats are with the BTN. (two to my left)
When I am CO, my stats are in the BB. (three to my left)
When I am BTN, my stats are with MP. (two to my right)
When I am SB, my stats are with the BTN. (one to my right)

Please update to this version:

Add:

- holdemmanager
- hmimport
- hmhud
- all of the easyhook, blitz.dll files and the stars/stars inject files in the hm program files folder - - For windows firewall, you will have to type in the names of these files.
- pokerstars.exe and pokerstarsupdate.exe files
- postgres and pg_ctl files from postgres\bin

to your exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

Make sure all are running as administrator.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your zoom file -

So I add those files to my firewall exceptions and also clicked View > Remember Table Positioning in the PS lobby. And now all the stats show correctly from the first hand until the end. Great!

However, hero's own stats disappeared completely. I have Disable Hero in HUD opt out.

Is it possible to show hero session stats while playing zoom? If yes, how?

HM1, it's normal it won't show the HERO HUD panel for Zoom.

I recently updated HM1 to the internal beta of May 3rd. Now this problem is occurring again!
When I downgrade to the Feb 20th build, this problem is solved again. Why can I not use the latest build?

Is this occurring when a table is not full. (for example when a 6max RUSH hand is dealt with only 4 players, because so few players are in the player pool)

No, full table. 600-700 players in the pool.

Upgraded to April 11th and that one is working as well. So only the latest build in May is not working properly.
