Default HUD using statistics only for specified table

When I use HUD, it uses the player statistics (for example, VPIP for that player) calculated within that playing session. Is there a way to get the HUD to display the cumulative statistics for that player, if one has seen that player before?

You dont do anything, it auto shows cumulative stats, if you double click the note icon it displays session stats and if you double click again it reverts to cumulative
