moving player notes from computer to computer?

Hey guys, not sure if this is a HM type question but i recently bought a new pc (my other one was useless and kept crashing!) and want to know if its possible to save my player notes in fulltilt and pokerstats and move them to my new pc? is there a folder with all that info somewhere?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Both poker clients write the notes into a file in their installation folder which you can copy to the new computer.
