Default Many many many crash HM2 every day

Hello, I have big problem here. My HM2 crash during session 1034104310 times a days when playing session ( and many time when using replayer ).

I have to ctrl + alt + suppr , right clic on HM2 and close processus, because pokerstar doesn't work anymore.

I have sent many many log to pokerstar support by mail. Did everything they said, like set prefered seat, or delete many files after uninstalling / resinstalling HM2.

I need more help plz. I feel very uncofortable now when I m using HM2. I still love this software, but these bugs are making me sick.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...p+Instructions

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with holdem manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
    4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29
    5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

    1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
    2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
    3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
    4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Do the same for pokerstars.exe and pokerstarsupdate.exe

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
    - Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the logs, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com as we will need to review the logs and assist you via email or remote support to get to the bottom of these problems.

That is F Secure. Please uninstall F Secure and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials as explained above. I am willing to bet that is causing most of your problems.

Yes, Avira should be fine but please make sure you add exceptions in Avira and your firewall and make sure everything is set to run as admin.

Here are the directions for setting exceptions in Avira Internet Security. If you are using their standalone antivirus you may need to google for instructions on how to add exceptions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ewall%29#Avira

Also follow all these instructions for setting exceptions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

    Kaspersky, Norton or McAfee.

Personally I using McAfee last 10 years but it is impossible to configure this security software. Kaspersky has very simple way to configure it just read this: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ll%29#Kapersky & set all checkboxes for these files. Notron is good to but sometimes it could block SQL & HM at all. You can configure norton too: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...wall%29#Norton (should show follow the steps from both instructions because in 1st one you set rules for firewall but in second one -for antivirus)
