NC don´t create Notes

Hi,

I playing on Prima-Microgaming (24hPoker) and use most time default notes. Create my own note when villain push preflop vs hero all-in and put the notes to vsHero-popup, but it don´t add the note for follow hand:

and i also think that recently some other notes also not added to my other popups or badges (donk-notes)

latest HM2-Version
NC 2.4.5.2
Note also not added after restart HM2 in Test Environment it return success for the note

what to do?

i reset all my notes and create it new. Push thread when necessary
