Cannot Transfer HEM to my new HD

I put in a new HD so I would be able to 24 table with ninja and hem. I downloaded HEM and cannot get it past the trial stage. When I attempt to use holdemmanager.net/registration it won't recognize my user name. And by my user name I mean the one you guys emailed me after I tried anything and everything.

I am supposed to have a teamviewer session with HEM support to fix the issue but it's been over 20 hours now and I need to be playing now.

Can someone help please?

Create an account on our homepage Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (if you not already have one there). Login and enter your key. You will now see functions (Reset all profiles) to reset your license key.
