Postflop Aggression Factor and Postflop Aggression%

What is the exactly the difference between Aggression factor and Aggression% ? How should I use them both together?

Any answers are appreciated!

- Postflop Aggression Factor = Ratio of Bets + Raises vs calls on postflop streets
- Postflop Aggression Percent = Percentage of postflop streets players make aggressive moves
