Full tilt HUD problems
Hi,
I cannot get HEM to work on FTP Tournaments (have not tried cash). (Cash works fine @ other sites)
When trying to import hands (paths are correct & match) under "Import progress" there is cazillion "import errors".
FTP language is English + settings as told at forums. Have updated software today.Also have tapped HUD options to show tournaments... HUD appears on table but just shows -/-/-/-... o hands.

Would be really glad if someone could help me...

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab.
Update XP to XP Service Pack 3
Run another Windows Update and install ALL updates.
Can you create a NEW empty database (and reimport your hands)
