Default Sharing database on 2 computers without sharing external hard drive?

I play 95% of my hands on my desktop, but I would much rather do my reviews and analysis on my laptop. I prefer to use my internal hard drive on my desktop for speed. Is it possible to then copy the database on to my laptop (I wouldn't mind putting the hands on an external hard drive for use with my laptop only since it will be for reviewing and not playing.)

Is this possible, or am I better off just copying the Full Tilt hand history folder to my laptop and just importing the HHs each night?

    I see 2 solutions:
    1. Access your desktop database from your laptop via network: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Run PostgreSQL Over a Network

    2. Copy the handhistories from your desktop to your laptop - you find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) and import them into the local laptop database via import file
