The database become huge when I create notes of Notecaddy

The original size of my HM2 database is 60G of 50M hands. After I bought Notecaddy and started creating notes of the hands, the database become huge now. It's 270G now after created 1/5 of the hands in my database.
Is that normal?
What can I do? Buy a large disk? Recreate the database? Purge hands....

BTW, I have checked the version of HM2, I have done the vacuum of database.

With 50 million hands you are pretty much on your own. Notes take up data. You can reduce that by vacuuming - which you've already done. From there you have to choose:
-less hands
-less note definitions
-more hard drive

That's a personal choice
