particular downloaded definitions in definitions digest not being added

I bought NoteCaddy Premium (the HM2 version) just over a month ago and I am still trying to familiarise myself with it – so apologies to one and all, if I am doing something particularly stupid.
I found the definitions digest and tried to add all of those marked as ‘Not in your library’.
The result was that each definition was relabelled as ‘Already in your active definitions’.
Fair enough.
Trouble is - there were two which did not follow that pattern.
‘defends bb vs early position open’ & ‘folds to 2 barrel 3 bet pot’
So I would add the ‘defends bb vs early position open’ and the definition would switch from ‘Not in your library’ to ‘Already in your active definitions’, as I would expect.
However, ‘folds to 2 barrel 3 bet pot’ would then automatically switch from ‘Already in your active definitions’ back to ‘Not in your library’.
If I then try to once again add the ‘folds to 2 barrel 3 bet pot’, this would switch from ‘Not in your library’ to ‘Already in your active definitions’.
However, ‘defends bb vs early position open’ would then automatically switch from ‘Already in your active definitions’ back to ‘Not in your library’.
I have tried to reset to factory settings, but I encountered this problem once again with these two definitions.
Any thoughts or counsel would be appreciated.
