[HELP] some problems trying to configurate it

Hi, I just start using hm2 and had some troubles.
When I try to select the current player, my account in pokerstars (the only one I use) is not found, it has 30 names, but not mine. What can i do ?
And at the table, after 50 hands, all the stats are in zero, and onde player doesn't have stats, why? What can I do?

Is it correctly importing your hands in HM2?
Set the PokerStars lobby language in English.

Make sure PokerStars saves your handhistories, and try reimporting the hands into HoldemManager.
