[HELP] 2 different problems at 2 different computers

Hi,
I'm brazilian and first of all, sorry about any ortography mistakes.
I bought HM2 and i had two problems.
When i installed it my laptop (WINDOWS 7), it was ok, but, when I ran the software a box oponed and said: 'admin required - To use Holdem Manager an Administrator must grant permission to run the software at least once. To grant permissions to the application select AUTHORIZE button and ask an Administrator to enter their login information' . but, when I press the button said: 'License not Found - There were problems trying to obtain a valid license' and then the HM2 closed. So, how can i fix it?
And in my desktop (WINDOWS XP) I can't even install it, because a problem is found in the postgreSQL installation and it closes automatically.
So, if someone may help me, I would thanks a lot.

Please uninstall HM2 and reinstall the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

Make sure you are running HM2 as an administrator
1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Add exceptions for HM2, PostgreSQL, and any other programs you use for poker to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions lists.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

You need to make sure that this folder

Windows 7/8/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Show hidden files

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Microsoft Corporation

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.
