Tournament 1st places - winnings showing as zero in report

Moved up a level in SNGs, now for some reason when i manage a win, it shows as zero and i have to edit it to show the amount won.
can anyone help,thanks

Which site are you playing on?

Some sites do not provide the tournament information? For a site like PokerStars, please make sure you have configured the client to save the Tournament Summaries and also have that folder path configured in the HM2 AutoImport Folder list.

Wasn't an issue in $6 sng but on $11 sng it is correct for second and third places, but first places show as zero?

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
