Money taken from my CC, but no serial?
Hi there, as in the title,
yesterday I bought hem2+ note caddy and my payment was "flagged" as suspicious.
I checked my card and the money were taken, but I have no serial for hem2 nor note caddy.
What should I do? I tried entering in hem2 the hem1 key but it won't work.
I also reset the activations on my account for no changes.
I wrote to support yesterday and today with no answers.

Email your billing address to sales@holdemmanager.com and they can sort it.
It's quite normal for payments to be "flagged" as suspicious. Once sales can verify the address info they'll sent you the serial.
