Boss Media released a new patch and changed the hand history format. when there is an all in with showdown the hands wont appear and many other hands are not imported in the holdemmanager. Is there a fix for it?

This is a known issue, HM-6469, we're working on a fix.
This bugticket is for HM2, but HM1 and HM2 use the same import-parsing, so after the HM2 fix, HM1 should also be fixed.

I have no eta when HM-6469 will be fixed, though the ticket has a 'urgent issue' high priority status.

PATVs I know how to fix it (abstractly o.c. don't have any HEM code) and a solution for the meantime. Check your PM
Temporary solution, you can use the converter to convert the handhistories back to the old formatting.
We'll work on a fix, to support the new formatting.

hello sorry for the gravedigging.
An update on this issue would be appreciated, meanwhile could you please tell me more about the converter you mentioned? I did some search but I couldn't find anything.
