I can't start Ladbrokes and Unibet up after the curret update, I know otheres have the same problem. The client comes with and error and closes, I think it has something to do with the update, it worked fine before.

Please make sure you are running HM2 and also the poker clients as an administrator

2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe, the Ladbrokes.exe and Unibet.exe

I did the following steps..but any respond to microgaming network so i decide to return on previous version of hm2!
This works with prior version of HM, and not new version?
Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
What all security software are you running?
Please duplicate the issue.
Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
Check for any errors and send the information by saving the error. They should be right at the top. We need errors, not information.
Please send a log file as well.

I think its only on the Danish versions of microgaming it dosen't work. It has nothing to do with any ofter software on my PC. I was logged in an playing, when I run the update. After the update, micgrogaming stopped working properly and I has not been able to run any microgaming site. I know ofter Danish players have the same problem, what can I do to help you?
If I go back to this update:
http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...d-january.html
Unibet and Ladbrokes works again, therefore it is the new update that is the problem!
What's crashing exactly? The Danish client... or HM2?
Does the client also crash when you don't use HM2?
What's the client's error? Did you email this error to Microgaming?
Did the client make any changes to their handhistory formatting in their latest update?

Hi again
The poker client is crashing, it started after the new HEM2 update. It dosens't matter if HEM2 runs or not!

I think it is only on the Danish Microgaming poker client, we have som sort of speciel software.
Reinstall the client.
Make sure it is started with administrator privileges.
