At the top of every single pop up there is a header which shows a picture (die), then lists the player style, for example (Loose Aggressive) then shows that player's name.
How do I edit this or remove it completely?

It's not possible to delete the line with the picture (die), and player name.
You can get rid of the player style, by not using the auto-rate system: settings--> auto rate rules--> disable auto rate
