Default HEM crashed and no linger works

I started HEM2, my PC froze, I had to hard-restart the PC, and get this popup when starting HEM2. I did what the pop up asks, and still get it when starting HEM2.

I dont want to lose all my work in setting up HUD, pop ups, and lots of other stuff.

    What should I do.

I dont know how to reproduce the issue, but I do have more info now.
I used an old autoupdate DL and I am now able to use HEM 2 again.

But when I start I get this "Official Release 2.0.0.7683" and an offer to install, and this seems to be the problem. When I downgrade (?) to an older build, I am ok again.

Please uninstall HM2 and reinstall the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

Make sure you are running HM2 as an administrator
    1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
    2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
    3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
    4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Add exceptions for HM2, PostgreSQL, and any other programs you use for poker to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions lists.

Turn off User Account Control: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/1...windows-7/]How to Disable and Turn Off UAC in Windows 7 My Digital Life

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

We need those crash reports sent in. There are none when I search for your email. If you fill them out with your email, we'll respond to you. If not, we don't know it's happening, and cannot get back to you.

Please enter your email address and send all crash reports. Without them, we cannot look into them and get back to you with a fix.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

The auto update version, which worked for a day as I posted above, now also just crashes when I start HEM2. I did everything suggested ITT at least twice now. Upon starting I get the popup I attached in OP.

I sent an email to support, as suggested as well, with the log.txt file. I described what I do and what happened.

All I do is uninstall and reinstall, start the program - which is an option offered after the installation is show ans "successful", and get the HEM2 start up screen, then after 2-4 seconds, with nothing but the start up screen, I get the pop up I attached in my OP. I fill out the report, put in my email and hit "send error report" and it goes off. I have no other options with HEM2 and it is very frustrating..............................

I also tried re installing HEM2 and re starting my PC before running HEM2, no difference.......

Yes, I already had found it and disabled it.

I assume I only want to keep it in the disabled state until I have reinstalled HEM2?

The annoying thing is, this problem just started all of a sudden, without me updating or installing anything new. Then, as I described above, I was able to do a prior update, and by doing so resorting to an older build, and it worked again.... for a day.

When I uninstall, am I really getting rid of EVERYTHING? I mean, maybe I need to somehow clear all registry files, I dont know. Since I am not reading that this is rampant on other machines, there must be some other problem like old corrupted files not being deleted when I uninstall. I am not a PC expert, but I dont want to have to reformat my HD and reinstall my OS and all that. All other programs work. I will run virus and malware software, as well as CCCleaner, maybe that will help......
