Thumbs down 888 poker problems on windows 8. No HUD or any hand history.

    Hi
Once again im having trouble with my Hm2!!!
Im currently playing on Full tilt poker and 888 poker. My Hud is working fine on Full tilt and can be found at C:\programfiles(x86)\fulltiltpoker. As i say everything is working fine here and the HUd works etc etc. On 888 poker the files can be found under C:\programfiles(x86)\pacificpoker, nothing works on this at all. All i get is 'waiting for hands'. Now surely this should work? I have checked that the hand history box is checked on the site and also removed the program from computer and downloaded it again to see if this works.
I can't understand why one site would work and the other doesn't?

Also im missing hands from Hm sync between my laptop and pc, a few thousand hands . Any ideas?

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

    Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well.

Try creating a new cloud DB, sync to and from it, are the hands showing?

    Thanks for your reply.

Firstly the session times are synced as the time im playing (in uk) corresponds with the time the session starts in the hm2 reports, so i know thats fine. When i played a 6max s&g the HUD worked fine so im not sure whats going on? So why would the hud work on 6 max and not tournament?
Also i want all my hand histories and notes from my laptop on my new computer and i seem to be having major issues doing this also.
My next problem is that in a previous thread to this problem it says 'create a new database and try that', well i tried that and now my hm2 only has hands from 1 full tilt tournament i was playing in. Am i supposed to merge the old holdemmanager folder?

Can i not book a session with one of your technical people as this really is starting to grind me down!!!!!! Im having nothing but problems with this since i tried to Hmsync from laptop and work my hm2 on new computer!!

For the database, did you backup and restore?

Yes, to get your previous hands in a new database, you have to import them.

    For the HUD:
