I also have this problem. Rush MTT SnGs work fine, but guaranteed Rush tournaments don't work. The Hud is there but not from the right player. I have done all the steps mentioned before.

This is a known issue that has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.
The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is hm-6677. Your email addresses have been added to the ticket. You will be notified when there is a resolution.
Any updates on the Rush gtd tournament issue yet ... ?
We;re currently testing a build with a fix for RUSH tournaments.
(I'm guessing it will be released within 48 hours, otherwise I can leak this test build in the releases subforum)

It is not ready yet. We had hoped to have something in the forums this weekend but found issues during internal testing that forced us to kick the issues back to the developers for more work.
Are you playing the Big Little Tournament (multi-day/multi-entry)?
This is a known issue, HM-8125, but HUD should work on all other multi-entry MTTs.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please send a log file as well
Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a HUD error report and include a link to this thread with your forum name.
