Default [HELP] Minimum sample size ???

I have observed that for VPIP/PFR it is not really necessary to have 1000+ of hands as a sample size.
The minimum sample size found by me is somewhere between 15 and 17 hands as minimum sample size.

My question is, what is the minimumsample size (hands) for Open Raise 1st for each position ?
Any... let's say... equation to found the right answer ?
    Any help, please ?

    Thanks !

Min sample is useful for important stats that will quickly show 100% (or 0%) when they're only based on 1 or 2 samples.
Stats like: 3bet, fold to 3bet, flop cbet, fold to flop cbet, steal, fold bb to steal, resteal, fold to resteal, etc.
(to the advice would be to use a sample size of at least "3" for those stats)

Most people use 0 for minimal sample size for VPIP/PFR.
For positional Open Raise stats, I'd also use a min sample of "3".
