Import to any hand converter

Hello,

i´m trying import to some hand converter from the web, like FlopTUrnRiver, thehandconverter.com,pokerhand.org. In HM2 in hand viever i give Copy to clipboard, i tried everything but nothing happen. I always just get only the message from web with hand converter Error: Can't determine input format or Error: No parser found for IP_XML .
What can I do to correct import?

If you still have problems it might be caused by the type of your hands, Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to hm2support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Thank you for you fast answer. I want to create the unique poker Converter HTML link with one hand. Problem is not solve. From TheHandCoverter.com i get message No valid hand data could be detected. With data from HM1 i had no problem on FlopTurnRiver. I will send the zip file.

Right-click, copy the hand will be in the original format. The converter should convert the original hand history format. If not, you should contact them, as it is an issue with the converter.

I trying again.

Problem is with iPoker, Pacific where i play most often. Full Tilt is OK.

I do not have any ipoker or pacific hands in my database for testing this right now. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
