    Default pokerstars.fr no HUD, no results

    hi,

    i registered on french pstars today and the HUD wasnt working. i updated to 1.12.10b, set up everything in english, ticked that i wanted to save HHs and trnmnt summaries (in pstars client) and i added the paths for them in HEM - still nothing.

    can you please help?

    On what type of tables are you playing?

    im playing 6max stt and as far as i know, the hands are not being imported. ill try the release on sunday, im leaving the country

    If that build doesn't work, check if the hands import into a new database.
    If that doesn't work, email us a handhistory file to support@holdemmanager.com

    what do you mean? where can I check it?

    there come up some new problems, but NOT with PS.fr, but with PS.com.. i have the latest internal beta HM1 update, i unzipped the Blitz.dll file corectly, played some sngs (hud was fine) and it didnt process the results for all of them correctly (pic - View image: Výst?i?ek)


    im sorry, but if you cant work those problems Ill be forced to buy pokertracker 4 and hope they did fine...

    There are currently some problems with Rush and normal SnGs. Is this what your playing on Stars.fr? You can check if hands are importing on the import tab. It should show import progress and any errors that come up. Are you able to find the missing HH files in your Stars HH folder or your HM archive (C:/HMArchive)?

    The Zoom build shouldn't require a .dll file to be copied. Your screenshot does show unfinished games. This usually means the summary hasn't been imported. Do you have summaries from these games? Have you tried importing the summary file manually?

    yes, there is loads of files in that folder

    no, there are no files in the summaires folder


    so you are saying you are working on these problems? approximately when will you release an update?

    Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...okerStarsSetup and make sure you're also saving the importing the summary files.

    i do understand.. once again: the problem is with pokerstars.fr, everything is in english, i save hhs AND tournament summaries into folders, i set HEM to import from those folders but HE DOESN'T

    my question is: do you guys work on an update and if yes, when is the release?

    We're not aware with any import bug with 6max STTs.
    Email us a handhistory file + summary file of a game that won't import.


    When you state it doesn't import the, do they import as errors, or they import but don't show up in HoldemManager?
