HH window IPOKER

Post in general bugs the other day but haven't really got anywhere with the problem yet.
I've updated to the beta version today but still got no info in the HH window when a current hand is being played. PATVS said to turn off live tracking which removes the NO BET text, so obviously no live HH window, when I turn live tracking back on NO BET returns.
I'm at a loss as to what the problem is as my laptop works fine on IPOKER as does the HH window.
Is this a bug with my new PC, ie settings(java or other software I've uploaded which has changed a setting I'm not aware of.
Would doing a log file of both HEM running be of any use?

Can you please post a screenshot to explain your problem? I'm not sure what you really mean.

Attched screen shot window is empty, usually has number of seconds each person has taken to act.
Plus screen shot of my laptop which works

I don't understand what you're trying to ask.

Though from the image I can see you're still using 1.11.04.

in the first thumbnail the HH window is empty(which is my new install on a new PC), the second thumbnail is of my laptop, which shows the time each player has taken to act and what action was taken. ie

0s player 1 posts (SB)$0.25
0s player 2 posts (BB)$0.50
5s player 3 folds
15s player 4 calls $0.50


THE PROBLEM is my new install the HH WINDOW IS EMPTY. why? live tracking is ticked and I have exactly the same settings as my laptop.

Live tracking isn't supposed to work in 1.11.04
Update to 1.11.05 beta 16 (beta 17 will be released in two hours)
