Default Fullt Tilt insta scan frequently not showing the correct number of tables

Basically, it leaves tables out. This is not due to any setting on my part. When I run INsta Scan right now on 1/2 PLO on Full Tilt, it shows up 5 tables. When I change it to classic, it brings results for the correct number of 11

I'm not very happy about paying for a product that does not bring full results, so can you fix this asap please

Not working Pat. Instascan is finished in seconds returning 20 tables, while client side brings 80+ tables. Instascan is working terribly the last month. Instascan is not working properly for 3 weeks on stars:

And now sometimes also problems for ipoker. TS pops up a message that instascan is not not working and I should switch to client side.

Are you thinking of a refund, or extending the license?

    Bump, still a big problem

Yes, I have all relevant formats selected, without anything that could filter them out

Same settings on instascan simply returns alot less tables

Hello? ARe you going to fix this? This is a service that I've PAID FOR and is not working, and you are ignoring my complaints. Given the fact that you sandbagged us with hidden costs for insta scan in the first place, this whole thing is ridiculous

    SORT IT OUT

I just ran a PLO 1/2 scan on Full Tilt.
Insta-Scan and Classic scan display the same number of tables....

well sort of.. there are more tables... but those are EMPTY tables.
Insta-Scan won't pick up the EMPTY tables.

    Well, it doesnt for me

Classic Scan brings back 20 - the actual number of tables of 6 max with 1 or more person

    Insta Scan brings back 9

This is using the same settings in Tablescanner, changing nothing apart from Instascan to Classic

I have this problem ROUTINELY. At this moment, InstaScan (PartialScan) is showing 8 tables at the stakes I'm scanning, when in reality there are about 60 running.

30 seconds later, PartialScan is up to 44 tables.
