missing hands for 1 player

i was playing on 8 tables but on 1 of them i had 0 hands for 1 person(all other at the table had 100+ hands)

i noticed that even when i win it shows in HEM that i lost

Poker hand played on PartyPoker with an unknown potsize - Pokerhand.org this is the hand + probobly some other hands

i play on party i use new version of HEM

if i look my PTR and HEM im missing 50$ from NL50

so is there a way to fix this?
