    Default N2D definitions

I renamed some definitions and since then it's a mess. Looking into the problem i noticed about half of my definitions are N2D files and the other half XML files. The N2D files are giving all the problems. Definitions get duplicated or the namechnge is just ignored after restart. Why the difference and what to do to solve this?

You can do file->save new instead of renaming the n2d definitions

Yes I can, but then they continue to be N2D definitions, which are way more difficult to handle then XML definitions. Main problem with 'save new' and then removing the old definition is that all links with composite and color definitions are broken. When i just rename an XML definition all links are updated afaik.

May i ask what's the cause of the difference? I looked for a fundemantal difference between them, but it seems random. Would manually editing the exstension work? An other option would be to start making the N2D definitions frow scratch becouse when I make a new definition it is always .XML, but that would cost me 4+ hours. If I do that is there a risk they change to N2D again?

I will look into a fix for renaming N2D definitions. Right now there are so many threads being made that there is little time to do anything though

Ok, thanx! So I guess manually editing the exstension won't work?

Look in appdata/roaming/holdemmanager/notecaddydefinitions. About half my defitions are N2D definitions. I still have no clue why, and what could be the advantage of having them. You're missing nothing, as I like the XML definitions way better.

Yeah I bought NCE SnG, but I deleted all those definitions since I didn't like them, so there's nothing left of it. I might have copied some of those and changed them, hence why I have problems. NCE claims it's fully costumizable though, so it shouldn't be this way. Sreti can you confirm NCE is the culprit?

It can only be NCE but they are still fully customizable from the application. Though not from notepad in plain text
