Vs Hero Stats working?

Is there a known issue w these vs Hero stats?

I have added the following to my popup via the vsHero sub section, however they don't look correct, and CSBvBTN and CBBvBTN says "0" for everyone. People are definitely calling from the blinds vs my button steal.

1. Are all of the above "vs Hero"?
2. Are all of the above supposed to be working correctly?
3. If #2 is yes, then why would they not be displaying correctly for me?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with these stats and I apologize for the delay. I have escalated this to our 2nd level support techs and have explained the issues you are having and they will be in touch shortly to help resolve the problem.

1) Yes, all should be vs Hero stats.

What is the status of this? All of my CSBvBTN and CBBvBTN still say "0" for everyone. This is a known issue and is being fixed?

Can you try to find a hand where these stats are not recorded properly and send them to us? If you want to just export all the hands for one of the players in question who's VsHero stats show 0 that shouldn't we can do the filtering to narrow it down to a specific hand(s). Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
