HM freezes tables on PKR

HI

When I am using HUD with PKR, sometimes PKR freezes for some seconds and I cant press any buttons on some of PKR tables and just folding my hand and sit out (because I ran out of time on the table to act), mostly its freeze just part of the tables not all of them, and its temporarily, but often i must wait for the round to finish to get back to the game on the table . And some times HM2 but not HUD freezes and I need to use ctrl+alt+del to turn it off and turn it on again. Its a bit annoying when you get a good hand or something and its freezes...

Are you playing STT/MTTs or cashgames tables?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

I play cashgames.

Using "Microsoft Security Essentials" on Windows 7.

I tried to turn of firewall, it didnt help.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
