Paying for UPGRADE via neteller

I have tryed to upgrade my HEM a few days ago but I got an error that the account limit was exceeded but I dont really use neteller that much.<br />

and today I wanted to upgrade it again and now I cant pay via neteller anymore?!<br />

What happend?<br />

Please explain.<br />

Why cant I use the upgrade section from this site anymore?
The neteller service sometimes breaks down and works again after some days.
We are in contact with Neteller but we haven't found a reason or solution for this yet.
Please try again in some days or use another payment option.
