Problem with Badges / empty slots

this are all NC OrderedBadges (set 9 slots for each row) 9*3
all rows are set to 9 slots but just 7 are shown

I have empty slots? does they exist? I mean, if no badge there is no need to show the slot or?

why are rows not filled completely?
set 9 slots 7 are there but second row is used also if a player has just 6 or 7 badges

I will inform HEM of this. Since it's not something that prohibits use of the software it is not likely to get top priority for the time being though
