    Default HEM 2 crashes when I change the "Daterange" in Reports

    fresh installation
    postgresql 8.4
    win 7 64bit


    Reports -> Date Range -> Select any new date range -> HEM 2 shuts down


    ???

    I did everything you suggested in your first answer to me - same problem again.

    already sent in the log.rar

    ...

    jesus christ - why is all holdemmanager and postgres such a pain in the ass all the time?..

    If it weren't such a great product.. sigh

    Now I even deinstalled Anti Virus, turned firewall off, installed HEM 2 again, added exceptions to firewall, everything... still crashes!

    Everything else is working fine... Just when I want to change date range...


    Might the problem be that I changed my postgres.config?!

    Ok,

    Update:

    I did the following:

    I downloaded https://service.gmx.net/de/cgi/deref...ager2Setup.exe
    and installed it over my existing version (which was a newer one I guess) WITHOUT deleting or uninstalling anything HEM2 beforehand.

    Then, after starting HEM 2 normally it shows an UPDATE-Reminder that there is a newer version available.

    I clicked yes etc. and downloaded and installed that version which is 7655 I think.

    Firewall was off and Antivirus was uninstalled.
    ........

    For whatever reason; - that did the trick.

    I can now change the Date Range without HEM 2 crashing.

    Can anyone one explain me WHY? Like, - im sure I had 7655 before all the uninstall / reinstall craze began in order to fix this problem!

    Thank you for letting us know how you solved your problems.

    This date range crash is a known bug caused by some missing modules. Reinstalling the full setup file for 7318 and then updating to 7655 should solve this issue to replace the missing modules.
